The member of staff Doree who attended to us seemed very knowledgeable

Upon entering the store I was geeeted with a smile and a warm pleasant manner. I was given the opportunity to look and have an assistant (his name was Darren) answer my questions. I explained my needs and was shown suitable products. I bought a children’s bunk bed and three mattresses (I needed an extra one for a bed) at home. Once I had chosen my products Darren called over another assistant to process my order through the till. She was very nice and the first thing she did was make me a latte. Her name I believe was Roree (apologies if I get that wrong). She walked me through the stages of my order, including all added extra options, delivery, and installation. Whilst doing this Darren collected one mattress for me to take today and offered to help carry this to my vehicle. All in all a very quick and friendly service. If the product is half as good as the team I will be buying all my beds here from now on.

Andy was incredibly helpful. He gave us some advice, asked us about our needs and preferences, but also gave us some space to try things ourselves, and came back every so often to check we were OK. He listened well to our feedback and suggested other mattresses. The one we bought was based on a very helpful suggestion he made.

I found Darren really helpful who went the extra mile helping me measure up to ensure my wardrobes would fit. Darren is based at the crown point store in Leeds.

Jude, the lady who looked after us was extremely knowledgeable and gave us options and adequate time to ponder over our choice. She was extremely helpful but not at all a pushy salesperson! 10/10, what a fantastic experience thank you!

Visited Friday had to get away to measure returned Saturday sale man remembered us and what we required

I knew which BedFrame I wanted before visiting the store ( from Website ) but wanted to see the same before making a final decision. Was very happy with my choice and was asked by an assistant if I needed any help.

Darren, the staff member ( at the crown point leeds store) who took care of us, absolutely went the extra mile to take care of us. I am currently in the middle of training in the customer service sector and from what I saw, he ticked all the boxes, offering tea and coffee assisting us with our purchase while also understanding giving us space so he wasn't under our feet like most sales man. He nailed right on the head!
