There was no high-pressure sales talk which gave me time to think! I wasn't rushed in any way and all questions were answered fully by the very knowledgeable and helpful manager. There were plenty of opportunities to go over anything I wasn't sure of and to try different beds and mattresses.

We knew roughly what we wanted but wasn't sure which mattress to choose. Andy gave us options to choose the mattress which he felt would best suit as I get sciatica. He also suffered with the same problem so gave me suggestions as to what he felt would be appropriate. We took quite a long time trying several of the mattresses to make sure we made the right decision. Andy provided us with a coffee whilst we did this. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and Andy was there to help out when we needed him.

Darren really was a pleasure to deal with and was very informative about the tempur mattress and it's products. He helped me choose the right mattress for me without being pushy which was important. He explained every avenue I could take with the purchase and was very polite to me and my pregnant girlfriend (it's our 1st baby). He even went the extra mile and came in on his day off the following day to help me through the transaction which he didn't need to do. This was my first purchase through Dreams and I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommending them. Thankyou

Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us some clear guidance on how to find r he right product and was able to talk in detail about the different options. He offered some pillows in with the deal and explained the delivery and re cycling options. He was the complete package and subsequently landed our business.
