Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Prompt approach from sales rep Darren to assist with our needs. Assessment on the machine was exciting though a bit novel. Time taken by Darren to listen to our requirements and show us all the available options at various price ranges with honesty throughout and no heavy handed sales pitch. Clean, and bright store. We also tried Bensons for Beds next door which highlighted how much better the Dreams in store experience was.

Our assistant was jude, she was fantastic, really helpful and knowledgeable. She knew what we wanted and needed i was throughly professional from start to finish. Next time i need anything dreams sells i will be looking for jude

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by the friendly manager, without being pushing, initially offering availability if required. Clearly explained the options I was interested and there was no rush, just spending the time to provide options to ensure I was choosing what was best for me comfort and style wise. The bed was readily available and with options for dates within two weeks of the purchase. A nice change to have a pleasant experience and quite relaxing. I may need another bed soon and I will definitely return to Dreams.

The member of staff who looked after us was very helpful and patient, giving good advice along the way and pointing us in the right direction to find what we hope will be our perfect mattress.

The lady who helped us was friendly and quickly found what we were looking for. We were given space to make a decision and the ordering process was quick and professional.

The salesman, Andy, was very helpful and friendly without being pushy. He explained the merits of the mattress's but allowed us to make our own minds up.

Helen and Darren were exceptions and were very patient with my needs.

Darren was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is the second time I've purchased from dreams at crown point in Leeds because the first time was excellent also. I went back a couple of years ago in preparation to purchase a new mattress and the original sales rep was still there and still remembered me and my purchase.
