Staff acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store, they were friendly, knowledgeable and made our experience of purchasing a new mattress enjoyable, we also mentioned we were looking for a new duvet and gave them our requirements which they instantly knew the product we should purchase, they were 100% correct and I'm now loving my new duvet and so is the dog, who normally sleeps on the floor!!!!!

The assistance we were given when purchasing the Ottomam and drawers was excellent. Jude could not have been more helpful and very nice lady too. Thank you

I was told I would be given a free pillow as I had spent £2,300 paid in full but as I checked my receipt I have actually been charged for it. I am however satisfied with the sales assistant .

Andy from the Crown Point Store in Leeds is brilliant with his service. Always very helpful and shows you around with different choices. Doesn't rush around with the order and makes you feel comfortable . I have been into the store several times since places my order. He is credit to the company and should be highly praised. The items in the store we,re easy to find and clearly marked. The sales assistant was well knowledged in the products and gave very good advice without the “hard sales “ pitch. once we had decided on our product the assistant explained everything clearly as we paid for the purchase and booked our delivery date. Very good serice from start to finish.

I found, when placing my order, everything went very smoothly up to and including delivery. The staff was very welcoming and obviously well educated on relaying good quality customer service. My 4 year old son was entertained whilst I was signing documents and confirming my order. I was offered a refreshment while I waited and also was taken through the high quality pillows and duvets in store which I added onto my purchase. The whole experience was really customer focused and I couldn't be happier. I can appreciate people may think reviews are nonsense but the only area for improvement I could think of is not the have the children entertainment table near the door haha! Thank you.

So much knowledge of products,friendly,shown a few to try according to what I had asked for ,then left alone to try ,discuss what my husband and I felt was the right bed for us ,only then did he come back to ask how we were doing ,we weren’t pushed into ordering ,very impressed with everything,
