Assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We took away a quality of bedding based on assistants advise and subsequently ordered the mattress she suggested.

My wife and I visited Dreams store on a Saturday, we were greeted by friendly staff and then left to browse at our leisure.We were asked if we would like a hot drink, which we were pleased to accept. Shortly, I think it must have been obvious that we needed help and a gentleman by the name of Andrew came to our assistance. He was very knowledgeable and finally we decided which bed was most suitable to our requirements. The paper work was completed swiftly, and we left the store satisfied.

As soon as we entered the store an assistant asked if we wanted a cup of tea or coffee and if we needed any help. The help we received was clear and honest which is always very appreciated. We had as much time as we needed to consider things and were show whatever we asked When we returned to purchase we were greeted the same and asked if we needed anymore help. We were then given options to pay and delivery date which suited us

We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store and were left to look around initially and then Darren approached us and offered his help when we needed it. The staff were very polite, the store was very clean and tidy and we were not put under any pressure whatsoever which was a huge factor in our purchase. The sales rep, Darren, gave us time to look and try, offered pillows to get the best experience and answered all of our questions about the different options available and explained the mattress types and at no time did we feel a "had to buy" attitude and we would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family. Your rep Darren is a credit to your company, friendly and informative in just the right measure

Very efficient and friendly staff. We were advised on the differences between mattresses and were allowed to try them out.
