I already had a good idea of what i wanted when i entered your Leeds store, Mohammed asked if he could help, I told him which bed and mattress I had selected online and that I needed a firm mattress,he took me to the mattress and asked me to try it out, he showed me some other's to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was very polite and very helpful.
