From start to finish the friendliness and knowledge of the staff was very good. The different categories of mattress were explained fully. We were asked if we wanted a warm drink which we declined. Then we were left to sample the various beds on display at our leisure.

We were wanting to look at the Selkirk Super King Bedstead. Which we were advised is not available to view in any of your stores. Andy at Crown Point in Leeds explained in detail everything we needed to know about the Selkirk bed and the superior quality of this item. He then spent a considerable amount of time helping us find the right mattress for our needs. What we realy appreciated was that once he gave us the information on the typr of mattress he felt bst he left us to try on the mattress and did not rush us or bother us until we went to him for further information. This is perfect for us as we do not like to be harrassed by sales people.

The lady, Roree (leeds crown point) I dealt with over a couple of visits was very helpful. She offered me a drink, gave me a tempur pillow to try whilst testing the beds and wasn't in my face leaving me to test in peace. She explained how I could learn about tempur using the in store pod.

The lady who helped was fabulous she advised me on everything and had lots of knowledge about the beds which was a big help as I didn't really know what I was looking for - got great advice on pillows too - really impressed with her knowledge and advice Thank you
