The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They did not hurry us to make purchase and were patient whilst we tried out loads of mattresses. Did their best to get us the best deal possible. Flexible with delivery times.

Given time by assistant without her being her being intrusive.Seemed knowledgeable about products on questioning.Very professional.

We were greeted by Roree, she left us to browse. Then was on hand when we needed help, she helped us find what we were looking for. She then left us to try the beds which she had recommended. She wasn't pushy and had a relaxed selling technique. she had listened to what we needed and showed us products to match.
