Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Very pleasant experience, mainly because of Mo. He left us initially to have a look round and then was there to answer questions. He knew what he was talking about, which always helps. The main thing that was memorable was how smiley and happy Mo was. He was chatty and friendly, nice young man doing a great job. Excellent experience for us! Well done Mo!!.

Having recently split from my wife and having to set up a brand new home from scratch. I realised the prospect of buying everything for a 3 bedroom home was quite daunting. While I was excited and had the knowledge i needed on most rooms the bedroom furniture was a big issue for me. Jude the manager at the store was incredible. Over two visits on the same day she advised me on what I needed. This gave the confidence to buy beds for myself and the three children and everything we needed to get them fully operational.

Great service and help with choosing the right bed for us. The time spent by the advisor to understand our needs was appreciated and, I've no doubt, ensure that we get a great night's sleep from our new bed! :-)
