We walked into the store & the advisor came over and explained the colour code system, asked what our needs were and went from there. He was great

Approached by Jude store manager very friendly not pushy explained what we were looking for she explained everything to us information we were looking for then Darren took over very pleasant showed us mattresses and explained what each one was. Excellent customer service by both and we did make our purchase

Got exactly what we came for, Darren had a lot of knowledge and really helped make an informed decision. Was a quick and seamless transaction and visit to the store.

The customer service was amazing. They took time in explaining and going through choices including colour for the headboard. Stayed after closing time to complete the transaction.

Very rare to be given a AAA service, and a rare opportunity for the managers to sit and find ways to bring the cost down by giving us extra discounts. A real 'people's place' putting customers first. Continue to care about your customers and be competitive.

Got welcomed by all staff. Your in store assistant Darren at crownpoint Leeds was very helpful and not pushy when helping us make our decision. He advised what would be best for us. It was a warm day and got offered beverages.

We were served by Helen at the store at crown point. She was very helpful but not at all pushy. The staff worked hard to entertain/ distract our children meaning we could concentrate on buying our bed.

The store was clean, staff were extremely helpful and offered us a beverage, after asking us if we needed assistance they just left us to look around without feeling like we had a pushy salesman over our shoulder instead it felt like we just had somebody that actually wanted to help us and get the right bed.
