Very friendly not pushy but knowledgeable and polite

The service we received was good, the assistant was very helpful and provided a good service. We were slightly disappointed to hear that one of the pieces of furniture would take six weeks to arrive but happy that two pieces would arrive within a week. The store was very clean and when my grandson needed the toilet we were guided to a very clean bathroom which is unusual in large stores not really geared up for children. I would probably have more to say once the furniture arrives as the bed we ordered earlier in the year was slightly damaged and as we needed to use it straight away we could not return it. We returned to the store to buy two bedside cabinets to match the bed to hide the damage!

Mohamed understood exactly what I was looking for and he explained the options to me.

We weren't too sure what kind of mattress we needed, I like firm, my partner prefers softer, Darren showed us around a good half dozen mattresses, allowing us to try them, with pillows that match what we have at home. There was no pushy sales pitches, he gave us plenty of time to look and try them out, and when we were happy, he got us a price. He didn't push us to buy, but we asked what that would work out as monthly and we were happy with that as it was just over our budget. We look forward to having a comfy mattress to sleep on as our current one is rubbish and uncomfortable.

We visited the store on 17th July and explained what we needed and the assistant not only showed us the ideal bed for our needs but also explained that if we came back the following day it would be on promotion. When we came back on the 21st July the same assistant was there and recognised us so we liked the personal touch that was provided. He was also very good with our 3 year old son who was not in the most co-operative mood!

I was very impressed with Darren the sales man made me feel very relaxed in store was very percent and understanding of what we where looking for for myself and my twelve years old daughter made choosing the right mattress for us both a couple success a pleasure from start to finish very impress with Dreams to

Mohammed who served us was highly knowledgeable with regard to the product range. This is our second visit to Dreams and on both times we were dealt with by Mohammed

The lady who looked after us was lovely, excellent product knowledge & very efficient. She was very approachable & gave us excellent customer service.

I felt comfortable to browse the store at my leisure unpressured but with the knowledge that a staff member was on hand should i need assistance. A nice assistant greeted me once inside the door. She was very helpful and offered coffee to myself and my son within minutes. this was a pleasant surprise. Her name was Roree.
