Exceptional service from Darren at the crown point Leeds store, we needed help and he sorted it out straight away and in fact he was that good I bought two mattresses

Darren was a very helpful friendly chap. I had my 2 children with me and made the experience easier, chatted to them and offered biscuits. Overall really happy with the service. No pushy sales just genuine help which is what every customer wants. Thank you Darren

As we went into the store we were greeted by a salesman who was so pleasant. As we needed his expert help and advicè. He escorted us to his desk where he asked what we were looking for. We explained that we we looking for a sopha bed and he brought up quite a few for us to check out and then took us across the showroom to see another similar to the one we were looking at on his computer. He demonstrated how it turns into a bed he was really very patient with us and then when the demonstration was over he asked if we would like any teas/ coffees. This young man was so attentive all the time. This young man was called Añdrew (Andy). I must say that he is a great asset to your workforce and deserves to be recognised.

Very friendly and helpful staff, found Darren exceptionally good and his colleagues easy atmosphere, a pleasant experience.

I felt that the assistance we were offered was excellent. Andy was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable without pressuring us into buying. He answered all our questions and made suggestions to meet our requirements. He made us drinks, entertained our daughter and ensured I had a suitable pillow for trying the beds with. We could not have asked for better service.
