Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

I was highly satisfied with my experience as Helen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the different aspects of the different range of beds. Helen was very friendly without being an over powering sales person. She allowed us time to browse the products yet was there for any questions.

Both the women we dealt with at the Dreams store at Leeds Crown Point were so helpful and informative. They both gave us all the information and help we needed without it feeling like they were just pushing for the sales.

Persons available, knowledge and friendliness couldn't have been better.

After a huge mess up with benson for beds myself and my partner arrived in store (crown point) pretty late Friday night, Rorree was awesome and very helpful, by the time we left half an hour later we had a new bed ordered.

Not been to dreams before but heard of the test before you buy. As soon as I Walked in I was greeted and asked If I was okay and needed help. Friendly staff, understood my needs and gave good advice a d what I wanted. Happy with the service I had, even made me a hot chocolate which was amazing! I would definitely recommend and definitely return If I need anything more. Very happy and can't wait for my new mattress!

We arrived at crown point retail park in Leeds. There was a lovely man named Darren who helped me and my grandma as soon as we walked through the door. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and he knew which one was perfect for me straight away. I came back the day after and again he was so happy to help. He was so polite and friendly and made you feel so welcomed and at ease. He made sure I was happy before purchasing the bed. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me while having a little bit of 'banter' which made this extra special for me. I will defiantly be recommending Darren!

Roree who served us was very friendly, she was on hand to answer any questions but was not overbearing or constantly next to us. She gave us the nescessary space so we could talk between ourselves but was on hand quickly when we wanted to ask a question.

Having never shopped at Dreams before, I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff without being pushy. The Shop Assistant Andy was very knowledgeable on what we where looking for and after explaining the layout of the shop left us alone to browse at our leisure. We tried a number of different mattresses from Memory foam to pocket springs etc. Andy was available to give us advice and explain the terms and conditions and payments. We even had a welcome cup of tea. After making our choice we were shown to the pay desk where we met Jude who was the most pleasant person. We appreciated her clarity in explaining the payment and delivery time, we had time to ask questions without feeling hurried. On the whole the experience of buying a mattress from Dreams was a 'Dream'.

The store manager Jude was lovely and helpful made us feel comfortable explained everything we needed to know .we were a bit nervous when we went in haven't bought a mattress for ages but should not have worried she was great
