Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

My wife is disabled and we use a wheelchair. There was plenty of room to move about the store. The salesman was very accommodating and friendly. He understood our needs and was very discreet.

The salesman was so friendly and his knowledge of yr products he was so helpfully for us choosing such a wonderful product.

, highly satisfied I took my mum was 86 the sales assistant he was very good mum's not very good at walking so he took his time showing her the beds and nothing was too much trouble he was very helpful with everything we needed to know

Absolutely satisfied. Heyley was very friendly and cheerful. She offered me a cup of coffee and helped me when I had to change my order from super king size to king size due to the size of my room. I highly recommended Dreams.

It's my first time buying my own bed, I felt reassured by the staff who were super amazing and helpful and ended up with a wonderfully comfortable bed as an investment for the years to come, thank you

After shopping at Dreams a good number of years ago it was our first choice to visit to replace our mattress. From entering the store and being welcomed by a lovely lady ( apologies I have forgotten her name but it was the Crown Point store in Leeds ) to leaving the store after placing the order everything was simple. Andy was very informative and helpful to enable us to choose the best option based on our requirements , was happy to leave us on the beds for a while to make sure we chose the best option and was not pushy in the slightest. Very happy with our shopping experience.

Helen (292) who attended to our questions and needs was very friendly, offered advice and wasn't too pushy. Not pushing for a sale, whilst still remaining a salesperson. We don't like being leapt on a soon as you walk in and we weren't here but we knew there were staff around should we need them / Helen let us make our own decision and choices whilst offering her expert advice.

From the moment I walked into the store in Crown Point, Leeds I was welcomed by a smile and an offer of a hot drink. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Hayley, I have to say she is an absolute credit to you! I was clueless to what I needed and she was so knowledgeable and took on board everything I said. She was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable - laying on random beds pretending to be asleep is slightly awkward haha. There was also a gentleman working with her (I don't remember his name)he was also so friendly and even after finalising my order I spent a good 30 minutes chatting and having a giggle with them both. I would love for this feedback to be passed back to them both if that's possible! Amazing people! If they're unsure of who I am, I'm the loud mouth from down south. I received my mattress today, the delivery was perfectly on time and delivered by two very friendly and polite guys who I also felt super comfortable with and was a pleasure to have them here. So quick and efficient all round! I'm looking forward to my first night sleep on my new mattress tonight.

My wife and I were served by a chap called Andy. He seemed very knowledgeable. He didn't hurry us. He didn't pressurize us. He gave us time to maker our own decisions. He showed us a bed then walked away to give us space to try it and discuss how we felt about it. When we were ready to try another bed, I'd go over to him and ask him to show us another alternative bed. Next door at Bensons, the lady serving us was constantly hovering round us as we lay in the bed and we felt cramped by her presence.

From entering the store we were allowed time to browse the products without pressure. When we located our choice we found we needed assistance and this was provided immediately. Helen at Store 292 was extremely helpful and had great product knowledge allowing us to make informed choices. Eventually with Helen's help we decided to make our purchase and the sales process including cup of tea was excellent. This is now reflected in the score I provided. Would have no problem recommending this store and assistant to anyone.
