Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

My wife, who has mobility problems and uses crutches. and I were welcomed to the store by having the doors opened as sales staff saw us approaching, a very nice touch. We were shown several products that were in line with the specification we were looking for and their differing attributes were fully explained. Having decided on our purchases we were offered a drink whilst our order and delivery were processed. A late question about mattress options resulted in a further trip to try out another version and resulted in us changing our order for a more expensive model. No problem for the staff and following their advices we also purchased pillows, pillowcases and sheet. Altogether a very good visit well looked after by attentive employees. Many thanks.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went out if the way to accommodate our needs. Offered drink and entertainment to our children so we could spend some time going through our needs and purchase.

Darren the Salesperson who advised us on your mattresses, had much knowledge on these products including the financial configurations and current money saving deals. This was most helpful to me and his chirpy banter was an experience to enjoy. He is a diamond. I would happily recommend this Leeds Store to family and friends.

Friendly service. Able to answer all of my questions. Was offered a hot drink (which was accepted as it was freezing outside). Offered an alternative mattress, as the one I wanted wasn't suitable.

Excellent knowledge of products, prices etc. Darren was excellent, patient, informative and non pressured. Very impressed with the service. Excellent coffee too!

Friendly non pushy but able to advise. Really efficient in processing order and looking at delivery dates. All in all a quick and stress free process which is what I wanted as I had already chosen my products off the website before purchasing in store
