i wasn’t been followed round the store, staff help me with what I was looking for

The staff within store were extremely friendly and knowledgeable without being over bearing. We found the mattress we wanted with a coffee in hand!

We were greeted warmly on entering the store but were allowed to browse at our leisure . No hard sell. Any queries were answered honestly & there was no pressure to make a purchase . When we did make our choice we were told all options including delivery , picking up old mattress and guarantee . We would come back in future .
