Jude and Darren went out of their way to accommodate all our needs in a friendly and helpful way. They left us to have time to ourselves so we didn’t feel pressurised. They accommodated our three lively young children and reassured us that we need not be concerned about their exploration of the shop! They even kept the kids busy providing calculators and encouraging them to use an electronically adjustable bed. We were pleased with the deal we got and actually enjoyed ourselves trying the mattresses out and enjoying hot drinks. The icing was on top of the cake was our little boy being told he could take home with him Trevor the resident soft toy Fox that he had been inseparable from at every visit! We were very, very satisfied by our experience today. The very lovely Jude at Crown Point Retail Park was excellent, she was very kind and approachable and greeted us with a lovely smile, she knew everything about all the mattresses we tried out, it was quite fun! The Sleep Match machine was an experience, made us laugh. Jude showed us a variety of mattresses which matched our sleep machine experience, and we chose the one we preferred most. The pillows that Jude also gave us a chance to test were fantastic and highly recommended by herself as she uses them also, I have tried so many pillows, due to neck and shoulder pain and have never come across one I have actually found to give good support at the first try, we were so impressed that we bought one each. A lovely cup of offered by Jude added to the fantastic experience we had at this store. Rob and I would highly recommend this store and especially Jude, who is a fantastic asset to your company!

Very friendly staff, didn’t over power us with unnecessary kindness and left us to browse at our leisure. We spoke to the staff and explained we both like different styles of mattress, subsequently we were shown the mattress technology machine. After that the perfect mattress for us both was quickly found. We weren’t pushed into buying an expensive frame and again found the perfect bed frame. The lady sorted our order and we left more than happy.

Very friendly service & advice given.

Walking into the store we were warmly greeted and very helpful by the assistants. We were shown over to the sleep match machine to evaluate our correct mattress requirement Once this had been done we were shown a number of different named mattresses and information was given on each. We were left for a short while to try the mattresses out and the assistant came back to discuss what we thought and to give us further help. After further discussions we chose a mattress that was what we required and also we took out the extra warranty along with 2 Tempur soft cool pillows. All and all we thought we received a excellent overall experience and very knowledgable assistants to guide us in our purchase

Jude and Darren were great. Didn’t even plan on purchasing a new mattress today and was merely wanting to see how much pricing was so we could save and budget for a new mattress. Explained that we were not happy with the old one we have had for only 6 months to Jude and she put us on the new bed computer assistance machine which then picked out a variety of mattresses for us to choose from. The service was that great and the mattress was that comfortable that We wanted it but couldn’t afford. Jude explained that you offer interest free finance and explained our options. Her knowledge on this and the offers sealed the deal for us.
