Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Helen in store was fantastic. Very knowledgeable which gave us comfort that we were making the right choice. We bought our beds on bank holiday Monday and the store was very busy. As there are only 2 computers to process the orders we had to wait around 20 minutes to pay. If it hadn't been for Helen we would have gone next door to Bensons for Beds to see if we could complete the transaction sooner. I would strongly suggest that you get more computers in. It's a real let down as the store staff are ace.

Really friendly staff, very helpful and gave us great advice in picking a mattress.

The Staff were very helpful. Even spotted I was wearing a Royal Navy Shirt and informed me of a discount available.

Went in to buy a mattress,had one already in mind,the staff put me on a bed that analysed my sleep pattern & recommend a better mattress which when i tried was fantastic

Darren who served us was brilliant, let us try loads of options, even kept the kids entertained while we looked at everything.

Jude from the store in Leeds helped us. With the minimum amount of fuss and plenty of knowledge . We knew what we were looking for (Tempur) but she helped us choose the right mattress in the range .it was a pleasant experience .
