Staff being able to answer our questions and their knowledge about the products

Mohammed the sales assistant at Crown Point Leeds were really knowledgeable about all the products we asked him about. He was friendly and polite but never pushy and allowed us to browse independently but was quickly on hand when we had a question. He offered us tea/coffee to make our visit more relaxing and was highly personable throughout. We felt the range of beds on offer was excellent and at a good price too.

Hello! My boyfriend&I have just bought our first home together,one of our first things to do was buy our first bed together,we went to Dreams at crown point in Leeds. After researching every bed and mattress around we were still none the wiser&going to Dreams was the best thing we did! We went in store for a look round, we were approached by a Dreams team member, Darren. He was so patient&offered us drinks whilst we looked around going back and forth. He was friendly and had helpful advice as we went round the store &let us try the mattress machine to find our perfect fit, &then helped us figure out which bed frame would be the best fit for our bedroom. He went above &beyond! We even tried a few pillows &he introduced todd to his new favourite pillow! We are so so happy with our new bed! So after going in not knowing what we were looking for we came out with the perfect purchase&under budget! All with amazing &helpful service. Thanks Darren for all your help! You really helped us figure out what we needed after going in there with no clue! Lucy and Todd. X

Roree the sales assistant was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable about the products. Gave us the information based on our needs and let us decide which one to pick, not force us into making a decision.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store & the salesperson was extremely helpful without being pushy. I was allowed to lay on the mattresses to test them which helped my decision.

Can't fault my visit at all. The sales man Darren was fantastic, welcomed us, listened to everything we needed, after that there was no hard pushy sales pitch, just straight forward "I'll get it sorted". It was my fault I'd left the purchase till last minute as my son is having an operation on Friday and needed the bed ASAP, Darren sorted it, bed, mattress, and delivery for Friday. Definitely will be back for my bed etc... thank you Dreams.

It was nice to browse without bring followed round and there being help if we needed.
