My partner and I were assisted by a Dreams colleague called Andy. He took time to understand what we were looking for, helped us try a few beds and made us feel like we knew the options available to us. He helped us decide on a bed, duvet at pillows. He was the right balance between being present allowing us to ask questions but also gave us space to discuss between ourselves. He was also a good balance between being personable and professional. v happy with our new bed!

The member of staff was friendly and made us feel at ease while also aiding us in picking the right product for our needs. He wasn't pushy and let us take the time we needed

Jude , the store manager was just so kind and helpful throughout our visit . Nothing was too much trouble . We had a lovely coffee and she chatted to my friend and I while we waited for a finance decision. We didn’t want to leave . What a lovely lady you are Jude. Thank you for your kindness xx

The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, it was a very warm day and as soon as we walked in the door we were offered tea/coffee or cold drink. The lady who helped me was called Helen and she was very very friendly and ever so helpful. My daughter recommended dreams to me and I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Andy, the guy who showed us round the Leeds store was super helpful. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be returning for the bed in the 2nd bedroom that needs replacing soon!
