Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Enjoyed using the mattress finding technology, made choosing much easier. Didn’t feel rushed whilst trying out mattresses or into buying anything. Was generally a really pleasant and easy process.

The members of staff who dealt with us (Andy and Jude) were very pleasant and knowledgeable about our needs. They were quick to recommend the sleep analysis bed and the use of this seemed to narrow down the options quite considerably so that we had a limited choice. The choice did, however, include a good range of prices.

The dreams colleague that dealt with my wife & I dealt with, (Naqas) was extremely knowledgable on the mattresses we tried, telling us the pros & cons of each one.All of the staff at the store were friendly & polite.

Mohammed approxed up quite quickly on our entry into the store. He then suggested that we use the sleep system to find out which mattress would be best suited for us to purchase. He than was knowledgeable in the mattresses that would suit us, he gave us the information on the mattress that we needed but then stood back while we discussed it between ourselves and also discuss that costing. At no time did we feel pressured into buying the mattress. He gave us space to discuss our options but was then there when we wanted to ask him something else. Mohammed is definitely an asset to the team at Dreams at Crown Point Shopping Centre in Leeds

We had a personalised service, we were not rushed and the knowledge was good of the products. we tried a number of the beds recommended from our bed/mattress assessment.

Excellent customer service

We were very unsure about what we needed from a mattress and what would right for us within our small budget. Waqas welcomed us and was immediately helpful and we started to get a clearer idea straight away. Waqas helped us find a great mattress and pillows and also helped us understand why these were the right products for us. He was understanding when we needed time to discuss, there was no pressure for the sale and this helped us make sure it was the right mattress and price for us. Thanks to the great service from Waqas and accommodation of our budget, we would happily go to Dreams again and recommend to friends.

I really enjoyed my experience on visiting the shop on Tuesday and Saturday this week. The staff were so helpful and knowledgable on both days. I was given alot of relevant information and tried the comfort of a number of mattresses and pillows. The mattress assessment was superb.
