I wanted to purchase a small double for my daughter. We were offered to test some beds. I gave the member of staff my requirements. I felt listened to. We offer the mattress test. I was informed about mattress structure and prices. We were offer hot drinks and made to feel welcome. The purchase process was explained to me. I didn’t feel pressured into purchase extra protection products. Over all I felt valued.

The selection was good , the sales team were very helpful, knowledgable and friendly

The lady Jude who served us at Leeds Crown Point was very helpful. She did the sleep match for us and showed us to the available products. She also found a bed with matching headboard in the sale for us. Getting a bargain is always a bonus!

I visited your Leeds Crown Point store a couple of times the period of deciding on my purchase for a brand new mattress. Both times I was assisted by your lovely sales consultant Helen. The reason for my return today was due to the fantastic service received from Helen, although it was over a year ago when we visited, Helen was able to remember myself and my fiancé and remember what our needs were from our first visit. She was very clued up on the products and was able to advise us on the best mattress to assist in our needs. She also was patient and made us feel she was in no rush have us leave the store as it was past 8pm closing time. We were also offered coffee by Paul her colleague and he also went the extra mile to assist us with our accessories to the car on departure. We really felt like nothing was too much trouble and really felt welcomed and listened to.

The man who works in the Leeds store ( I am unaware of his name) was fantastic , helped me find my perfect mattress and really genuinely felt like he wanted to help me, such a nice member of staff, deserves an award.

I find bed & especially mattress shopping daunting..and sometimes the showrooms can be intimidating. Staff Darren & another colleague were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable & v helpful..in the minefield of many mattresses..it just helps make the shopping experience less stressful!

The staff were exceptional in their knowledge ,friendliness and all round efficiency. The price was unbelievable, I thought it would be twice the price. Every home should have one. You’re on winner there. Thanks
