my first time in the store, normally buy everything online, the customer service was amazing, they were extremely helpful, the mattress I was looking for wasn't available at the store and the find a solution for me, totally recommended and definitely going back.

I went into the store with a very clear and open the mind she was very helpful knowledge of the of the beds and was very helpful about payment options

Manager Jude was really professional and sorted our order out which was a complicated case. Made it personal instead of been robotic. Recommended the sleep test which we really liked

Dreams employee Jude kindly educated me on what I had previously guessed when choosing pillows and mattress, I took the opportunity to find out which mattress suited my body and left the store very satisfied and educated by a very professional member of staff

We returned to the Dreams store to buy another bed having bought one here earlier in the year. Once again the staff were excellent, helpful but not pushy, very knowledgeable and spent time with us ensuring we got just what we wanted. We were brought a coffee as we browsed after an initial welcome and brief chat which was really nice.

Assistance in store was second to none was really helpful and was nice to do business with a professional person

Having given a budget, that was what the assistant worked with, rather than pushing me over which has happened elsewhere.

I'll have to call out 2 people here for their outstanding customer service. First is Darren, who served us when we made our initial purchase. He was an exceptional guy with a great sense of humour and he made sure we had the best in-store experience. He had excellent knowledge of the products and helped us choose the right beds and mattresses. The second person i want to call out is Jude, the Store Manager. On our first purchase we made a mistake of choosing the wrong size bed. We panicked as we missed the 24 hours amendment deadline but Jude came to our rescue. She understood our problem and was kind enough to make the necessary amendment. Ultimately it's the peace of mind you would want when you shop and the Dreams Crown Point store and their staff made sure we had it.
