I am really selected highly satisfied be cause it is there more options different size and colours beds matters and pilots also bed sides this is really true.the customer service Andy Andrew very kindly friendly more polite and full knowledge ;he can experience for explain easily understand him English.Andrew gave more attention chance how to find how to choice thanks Andy.in cause of by this things I gave highly satisfied.we are me and my friends so was happy.i hope so will come back again!!!

Darren was so helpful and recommended we tried the mattress which tells you which mattress is best for you. He then showed us all the mattresses in our price range and matching our needs. He was the right amount of helpful and didn’t crowd us or follow us round. He answered all our questions perfectly and seemed to have very good knowledge. He did us a very good deal at the time of sale and arranged delivery for just 4 days time. Great member of staff.

Our visit in the store was brilliant, professional and courteous. My only disappointment is on receipt of my order via email it states that I did not ask for assembly of my bed. Well after spending nearly £1700.00 i thought the bed would be ?? I was never asked this question.. my husband has a bad back so that's why we chose dreams.

I phoned the store first to check availability then visited the store to buy and collect. Staff was lovely so helpful and down to earth. Also price was better than I had previously bought

Mohammed the sales agent we dealt with was very nice. They recommended a perfect mattress for us and we're kind to give us a discount and throw in a couple of free pillows as well.

The staff made you feel very welcome(straight away offering a drink always a bonus) and were generally interested in what you wanted.
