Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We were greeted by Jude and Darren with smiling faces. We were asked what we were looking for and were shown a number of options. We were offered refreshments (did not need) and had a most pleasant and cheery visit. A very pleasant experience.

We were met at the door by Darren, who was cheerful, knowledgeable and courteous throughout. He talked us through the bed testing procedure and was on hand to explain any questions during the bed test. He made an excellent cup of coffee for my wife and I, provided the right pillows for our sleeping position preferences, and was generally most helpful whilst not overly intrusive. The only disappointment was that the bed of or choice was not available in time for Christmas - not Darren's fault! Very satisfied and would want to commend Darren personally for his professional and pleasant manner.

Initally we were able to walk around the showroom ourselves and when we needed assistance, Andrew was able to point us in the right direction. He was very helpful with showing us the new technology to help us find the best mattress for us and then he was able to advise on various options.

The assistant called Mohammed was very informative and courteous all the time,didn’t rush us or try to get us to choose anything else we didn’t require

they left me to browse,then helped me when i needed it,also nice surprised when they said they deliver the mattress.
