Our sales person was Hayley and she was so helpful, friendly and patient, taking the time in a very busy store to ensure that we had the time to try the beds and get the one that felt right. She was very knowledgeable and I felt very supported.

From entering the store, to checking matresses and the "Test Bed" everything was so smooth.

Guided us in the right direction to choose the correct product as my purchase was for my mother who has severe back issues and the assistants (Helen / Jude) took this into account throughout the whole visit. Andy was fantastic, we thought we’d found a mattress next door at bensons for beds that we were pretty happy with but wanted to do a quick check to be sure. The service next door was hilariously lacking, so we weren’t expecting much but he seemed happy to offer as much time as we needed, genuinely listened to what we wanted, left us while we tried the mattresses so we didn’t feel any pressure and even chose pillows to match us. He was genuinely the best salesman/assistant we’ve ever experienced.

Andy was great, very knowledgeable as it was actually my first time buying my own mattress (always lived in furnished flats before). He suggested I try the diagnostics machine to find out what type of bed was best for me and then was able to recommend beds based on that. Andy listened to what I needed and my budget limitations and found me the perfect mattress and I'm so excited for it to be delivered. The rest of the team were also lovely even though I wasn't their customer, chatting to me about beds they had, offering me hot drinks and generally just being cheery even though it must be an extremely busy time of year for them. Thanks to all! :)

I went into Dreams to get an idea of the mattresses and beds currently available. I was almost immediately approached by Haley, she was very friendly and asked if I needed any help. She explained about the sleepmatch service. Once that was completed she took me round the store explaining about the different mattresses it had recommended and also making other suggestions. She was very patient while I tried many mattresses and went backwards and forwards until the decision was made.
