Rosie was knowledgable and friendly. She understood the problems of an elderly person. She did not pressurise me and gave me time so that with right information, I could make up my own mind.

Excellent service from Rosie, so helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us space to decide and no pressure selling which was very refreshing. She made the whole experience a delight.

Found the item I wanted to order with no problem. Placing my order was quick and the delivery time frame for my item was fast. Staff explained everything re my order.

The Dream Team were excellent and very welcoming and I was even offered a bottle of water by Terry. David who I primarily talked with was excellent at demonstrating the sofa bed I was interested in and allowed me plenty of time to examine it and lie on it, until I was completely satisfied it was the product I wanted. David processed my order in a very efficient manner and to my complete satisfaction. Both David and Terry were very approachable and engaging to chat with. A big thumbs up from me. Now to see if the delivery service in a months time, is just as excellent.

I was highly satisfied with the gentleman who dealt with me, he was very helpful and very polite, he new exactly what type of bed I needed. And show me to several other mattresses. Which I found best suited to me. Can’t wait for my delivery Thursday this week also purchased memory foam pillow thanks to this amazing guy. Have recommended to a couple of my friends one of which brought super king mattress again we saw this guy David. Very pleased with the service. 100% to dreams. And many thanks for my dream mattress.

The store was well laid out and the service that we received was prompt efficient and clear.

After phoning and asking for advice. We managed to make it to the store before closing and Terry was available and treated myself and my son well working the time constraints I had and knowing what we wanted.
