We made 2 visits to our local store and on both occasions we were helped by friendly, knowledge and kind members of staff who were able to help us make the right choice. They were there when we needed help and stepped back to give us space when needed.

Rosemary was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. She answered all the questions I had regarding my purchase and went the extra mile to find out information I needed. 10/10 service!

The salesman John was very professional, knowledgeable, we got exactly what we wanted at a good price and he was great with our 3 year old as we tried different beds.

David was great. When I entered he came over to se if I need any help which I did. He set up the sleep machine thing you have for me and after showed some mattresses from the results. David was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing I was not happy with was price. But it is what it is.
