We must have returned to the store 6 or 7 times in our search for the mattress. Rosie and John saw us each time and they never got frustrated with us changing our minds each time before deciding on the mattress. Each time they greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome, and they didn't make us feel like we were wasting their time, which we were worried about. In all honesty, they were fantastic. It's been a very long time since we have received such an outstanding service, they truly are a credit to you.

Greeted in a polite and professional manner by John . He took his time to understand what we needed and used his professional advice to guide us to the best product. At no point did I feel under pressure as us often seen in sales staff.

Te customer assistant Rosie at Leamington Spa store was really helpful and took down our names for the sofa we wanted around 7 weeks ago. She gave us a call as soon as it came back in stock and we ordered it straight away.

We were greeted by David who was very helpful in answering our questions and getting us a drink. Also helped us with sleepmatch and pillows to help with comfort!
