Excellent customer service and experience. The only feedback is I had to verbally fill out credit application right next to other customers, gets a little awkward when you have to note sensitive information (salary, etc.)

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted and spoken to politely. David was happy to talk me through several options despite there also being other customers

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted and treated exactly how I would like to be treated, there was no hard sell, I was offered a drink whilst looking. After explaining that I was concerned my current mattress was causing me back pain, the sales lady, Rosie explained my options with mattresses and pillows, I was treated to the experience of the sleep match examination and went on to purchase what I felt was the best solution for me.

My husband and I had already been looking online and knew that we wanted to buy the Charlie bed but wanted to go into the store to buy this and also get a new mattress - we were not sure what would be suitable for our needs. John and David were great at helping us pick out the right mattress. They did the sleep match and then helped us to try out and explained different mattress options. They were both very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Thank you to John and David who made the process very easy and enjoyable.

We were greeted on arrival by Dave, who offered us a drink. My daughter explained what she wanted and was served and very satisfied. following that I asked about purchasing a mattress for myself and received excellent service from the same person.
