Dreams - Leamington Spa

We arrived in the store following visit another local high street retailer, we were welcomed and assisted by David who was absolutely fantastic. He understood our needs, recommended items and even beat our budget. David's product knowledge was second to none and the customer service was fantastic. We will be returning to Dreams again and a big thank you to David.

We were greeted by Rosie as we entered the store and she offered us hot drinks while we used the mattress test facilty. We were then taken to try a selection of mattresses and Rosie provided lots of information for each one. We were given plenty of time to lie on each mattress and were each given a pillow for comfort.

Rosie was really great and provided lots of information but also left me time to think about the purchase. Her product knowledge was excellent.

Rosie took the time to understand our needs and price range. Incredibly helpful and asked relevant questions rather than just trying to sell us the highest priced mattress.

Rosie was fantastic from the outset. From the initial greeting, to talk I g about different mattresses we had considered to offering a drink whilst we waited for the test machine. Her knowledge was fantastic and im very pleased she advised us

Rosie, who served us was very helpful, not at all pushy, very friendly and helped us find the right bed for our needs.

Rosie was superb in her patience and care of us, on two consecutive days, as we tried out several Tempur mattresses.

David who looked after me in store was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, funny. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience which is saying something when you’re spending £2,500! I was going to shop around before buying my mattress but David was so fantastic that I didn’t want to buy anywhere else. He’s a real credit to Dreams.
