I was highly satisfied with Rosie at the Leamington store. Understood my budget and understood my needs

The lady I spoke to was very helpful. After finding out exactly what I was looking for she knew the perfect products for me.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. He explain everything clearly and simply. He was very patient and kind.

I visited the Leamington Spa store and was helped by Rosie. I had done some research on line and Rosie immediately knew where the products I was looking for were to be found. She then put me on the mattress selecting device and it suggested a firm mattress which is what I had wanted to purchase. I was shown 2 options that I had considered on line and my choices were quick and easy to make. Hygiene/Covid safeguards were observed and we were offered drinks during the visit. Rosie was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice bright store and found an ex display bed which suited my requirements although not quite the sort of bed I went in to look for the price swung the decision.
