At your Leamington branch, we were dealt with by John,branch manager. He was very attentive in listening to what we required,and then we went on the test bed to find the best mattress for our needs. He then let us try all the bed mattrasses that suited us best. He had an excellent knowledge of your products and was very helpful in finding one to suit our needs. All round a great and productive time with him,resulting in our large purchase from Dreams.

Two main reasons - Rosie, the member of staff who supported us as soon as we walked in, and the technology that we were placed on to assess what mattress suited us best. Both of those things combined really made our experience. I have already shared stories of this to friends and family so I think that shows how satisfied we were on the day. We hadn't intended to buy a mattress that day, but as you can see, due to the service and everything else, we left there with something we knew we needed eventually. Just not necessarily that day. So thank you to Rosie for that.

I browsed around shop & found a mattress that I liked. I was approached by terry & he suggested a sleep match to find the right bed. He took us to all the mattresses that the sleepmatch suggested , the assistant was not pushy , very helpful , patient ,friendly & very knowledgeable. I chose the mattress and was very pleased that I could pick a specific delivery date.

We had an outstanding customer service experience. We were Greeted by the friendly staff as we walked into the store and when we chose a bed Rosie was great to assist us. We had a fun customer journey, she allowed us plenty of time to 'sleep match' us and once we were sure about the bed we wanted she helped us set up the 0% finance. It was an easy experience and we were kept informed throughout. We would visit again for sure when needed.
