Dreams - Kirkcaldy

I knew what I wanted but my partner hadn't tested any mattresses yet, the member of staff we had helping us was very relaxed and it was really nice to not feel pressured by a sales person. It was a really easy choice to make and the entire experience was very calm easy and relaxed. Store was immaculate, I remember thinking this at the time and wondering what hoover you used as my carpets never look that clean! Feel comforted by the return policy as we were a little unsure about the pillow purchase, with them being £109 each it was an expense we hadn't considered but after trying them had to give them a good go at home. Might still replace with the softer variety but I do absolutely adore the cooling feature. On the whole it's our second time purchasing WITH dreams, last time being a sleigh bed and mattress 8 years ago, and we will most definitely purchase any new beds with Dreams again, using the Kirkcaldy shop specifically is we can. In fact we were taken with one bed in particular and are considering coming back to buy it!

Team members gave us a brief introduction of Covid protocols and what trials we could / couldn’t conduct and then gave us sufficient time to walk the store to view and test products. Took the opportunity of trialing the sleep module which proved very beneficial.

The lady was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind, especially as I want feeling well and she offered me a drink

We got exactly what we wanted, Aaron was very good explaining the different beds. Shop was well laid out and clean.

New mattress for my 85yr Mum the service & advice was amazing really happy.

unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who looked after us, but he listened to exactly what we wanted and was a great salesman. We were very happy when we walked out the store, we were offered a drink at the sale which was a nice touch

I went in to the shop just to browse and get some inspiration. I did not intend buying anything at all and told the salesman that approached us to ask if we needed any help. After a while he pointed out that there was a "bed" that could work out my individual profile so that I knew what kind of mattress was best for me. Finding the right mattress was one of the things that bothered me about buying a new bed, so I took up his offer. It was fantastic! So the salesman showed me where my ideal mattresses were in the store and i tried them all. Unfortunately the prices for the mattresses were outwith my budget. I was about to leave when he mentioned that one of the mattresses was on a bed that was an ex display model, so if I bought the whole bed with the mattress, I could get it for at least a third of the price of a new mattress. What a bargain! So I got a new bed, mattress, pillow, delivery, assembly and they takes away my old bed all at an affordable price. It's a big weight off my mind because my current mattress gives me backache, so I'm delighted!
