prompt attention from Carolyn, offered a drink of water or coffee as we arrived. We went in specifically to do the sleep match which was explained full to us. The experience was pleasant and easy to understand.

The team were relaxed, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. No sales pressure, they were keen to help. Carolyn and Hamilton were excellent throughout.
