Very satisfied with the member of Dreams staff. Highly informative,very knowledgeable and overall was a pleasure to visit the store. Took the stress out of our shopping experience

Representative was very friendly and helpful, measuring the product for me and pointing out offers. Was offered refreshment. Mattress topper was heavily discounted. Headboard was unavailable in chosen material to look at but material was pointed out in other places. Salesman not pushy but gave information and space to decide.

Clare was very pleasant at the Kirkcaldy store. I credit to your company.

I went to dreams as I’ve been struggling with finding the right mattress for me as I’ve got a chronic illness. When i told Aaron in kirkcaldy about this he had me use the mattress testing machine to figure which would be best for me and was always pleasant throughout our visit. He offered us a seat, coffee, tea, water before proceeding to the purchase and made me feel heard about my illness. Absolutely asset to your team at Dreams

Very satisfied as was made at ease by Clare the shop assistant who help me very much also offered refreshments and took time to go through my order and my delivery which made my time very enjoyable and would buy another bed from the same place next time too
