I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I found the store to be extremely clean and laid out in an easy to move around and find items without any difficulties. I liked the sleep motion machine, that told you what kind of mattress was best suited to you. I was actually dreading going looking for a new bed and mattress but after shopping with your company and your staff I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your to any of my family members and friends. The delivery time was much quicker than I had initially thought and the fact that your company do everything from delivering, to setting the bed up and taking away all the rubbish, no-one can really ask for more than that from a company. Well done and keep up the good work.

From the moment my wife and I came into the store we were greeted straight away with a warm welcome. The assistant was not pushy but was available for any questions and queries that we had. Also the assistant noticed we were wearing face coverings and he did the same which put us both at ease.

Julie was extremely helpful and informative. She offered us drinks too. Store was very clean, the music wasn't too loud and all the staff were well presented.
