Becky was absolutely brilliant. From greeting through to running the mattress analysis machine she was friendly, personable and just helpful in general, giving us advice and also enough time to come to the decision on what mattress and bed frame we would like. I exclaimed to my partner that I was dreading going shopping after lockdown but buying the bed was genuinely a pleasant experience and fun too. Offering water and trying to keep service as normal as possible in these times was a nice touch as well.
