Kodey was extremely attentive to our needs. She understood what we were looking for and told us of several options. The bed and mattress is for my 82 year old Mom who is experiencing back problems. Kodey suggested we do the sleepmatch test but already suspected what the outcome would be. From there she presented several options of varying price ranges, styles and colours. It made our decision making a lot easier. We also felt at ease in the store. The team seemed friendly and we were offered drinks on several occasions.

Very pleasant greeting on arrival and after explaining our needs were impressed with the visual computerised wall mounted display board from which we were able to clarify all our requirements. After making our decision to purchase exactly what we wanted the paperwork was conducted promptly and in a helpful friendly manner. Further help on the telephone over delivery arrangements was achieved and we now have our folding bed installed and ready for use.

Jason the sales person was very knowledgeable, helpful, nice and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

From entering the store to the payment I was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner and found what I needed and paid in a very short time.

The young lady that helped us was truly fantastic. She listened to what we were looking for and advised us to check several mattresses before making a choice. Her knowledge was second to none and the advise she gave put our minds at rest.

We were approached straight away, which makes you feel like you matter. The girl Codey was extremely helpful without being pushy. There was such a good atmosphere in the store, like they all worked as a team. She listened to our needs then helped us get what we needed. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful but it was also genuine. We made a purchase and would definitely come back. We did also speak to the Manager who was very genuine and helpful.
