Can't fault anything. Excellent help provided as I am disabled. Sales woman was very polite, and we even had a coffee.

We were attended too as soon as we arrived. The colleague was friendly and very helpful. Provided the advise we needed which resulted in us finding our perfect bed in a timely manner.

Lots of choice for the products we were looking for and salesperson had knowledge of the products. Store was clean and well presented and we had been there for an hour and were given refreshments whilst completing paperwork.

Jason and Kodey were so helpful. My wife and I are in our ninety's and nothing was too much trouble. They were so patient and we had a nice cup of coffee. We took up a lot of their time but we were never pushed or hurried. What a wonderful place and wonderful people, we felt so at ease. And we got our beds at a perfect price , great value for money. Thanks you Jason and Dreams.

I was delighted with the service I received at Dreams store Kidderminster. I was immediately offered assistance by a very nice lady who went to a lot of trouble Understanding my needs. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would thoroughly recommend this store and highly praise the service I received. Having ordered the mattress of my choice I left the store with a few additional items which were carried to my car . BRAVO AND THANKS, SERVICE AT ITS BEST

A great experience. Sales assistants who are passionate about your products without being overbearing. I felt completely assisted but allowed the freedom to explore on my own. You should be proud of your Kidderminster store colleagues. We bought quite a number of items and it felt like a pleasure. I don’t hand compliments out like this often.

Our sales advisor was ideal,suitably friendly with good product knowledge and offering best advice without being too "pushy".There appeared to be a good atmosphere in the branch with other staff interacting well with customers.I was particularly impressed that i was able to subsequently ring the branch directly with a sales query that was swiftly dealt by the person that we had originally dealt with.
