They listened to our needs and took us to options that matched our price range and the style we liked. For example, I really liked a bed frame on the sales floor however I did not like the fact it wasn’t an ottoman. Brandon, the staff member helping us, found a similar bed frame online which had this feature and a storage box in front. They were also very patient with us while each family member too turns in the sleep match. Brandon gave all of us multiple options. For example, my sister really like softness of one mattress but wanted something more firm, Brandon easily suggested another mattress that she was very happy with and bought.
