We had been to a few different retailers before coming to Dreams and had been put off by the approach the sales advisers took in those other retailers, e.g. pushy and wouldn't leave you alone. However, our experience at Dreams (Kidderminster) was a breath of fresh air and ten times better! Brandon was a fantastic adviser and helped us walk away satisfied and extremely happy with our first ever bed and mattress for our new home. He was very knowledgeable, kind and the perfect balance between giving advice and giving you some space to think things over for a second. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant (Kodey), but she was not pushy. She showed use other items that better met our needs. Also when we went in the shop for a second look, Kodey was not on the floor, but a colleague remembered us and fetched Kodey to complete the sale rather than doing this himself. We thought that was very good.
