Jason was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we entered the store. We went on the sleepmatch machine where Jason explained how it worked and then proceeded to take us through all the beds that had been recommended from the machine. I listed some key features that I was keen on and he was able to very clearly explain the types of materials used in various mattresses to help with keeping cool. I don’t think I have ever had such a brilliant shopping experience. After purchasing everything we wanted, we left the store feeling very elated and very well educated. It’s easy enough to see beds as important but Jason made us see mattresses in a whole new light. Very impressed by his mannerisms, professionalism and service.

The assistant was very patient and very helpful with the needs of the product and Her advice was very caring, and her kind persona helped very much, wish there Were more store assistants like her. Can’t wait for our new beds. Thankyou
