Didn’t go in to buy. Just went in with my daughter to order her bed. Saw this pillow and have been looking for a good one. Assistant was very friendly and tried the pillow and loved it. Not received yet as out of stock in branch. Don’t mind waiting though.

We had been to a few different stores before coming to Dreams Kidderminster and were put off by the sales advisers approaches in those other stores and didn't have the best experiences. Our experience in Dreams was completely different, and ten times better! Brandon assisted us in store and he was brilliant - extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the perfect balance between being supportive and being willing to give you a bit of breathing space to think things over. Nothing was too much trouble for Brandon and we would highly recommend both Brandon, and the Kidderminster Store, to family and friends - thank you!
