we went in to see if they still had the matress we where after ,she did and the price had come down so we where able to afford a second one ,so everyone was happy

The store colleague who helped at store (Becky) was extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She also listened to our feedback and tailored what we tested accordingly. Price was good given the product and delivery was really quick. Nothing but a good experience. I could have got the product slightly cheaper buying online via a corporate discount scheme but we were happy for the sale to go via the store, and even accepted some pillow upselling at £200
