We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store by the manager, Jason. When entering the shop there were hand sanitisers and gloves which we used. Jason was very attentive and listened to all of our requirements. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all products. We were happy for him to identify our exact needs for a mattress and we both participated in him using the sleep match machine. The store is well geared up for maintaining social distancing and hand sanitisers are available throughout the store. All staff were wearing the appropriate PPE and we felt our safety was very much maintained. The ordering process was quick and easy and we were extremely happy with delivery times. Jason explained the whole process of what to expect on the day of delivery. All in all we felt our needs were totally met, all staff were polite and friendly and we felt Jason delivered a very high standard service.Thank you to them all.

Greeted at front of the store by becky in our Kidderminster branch, listened to what we wanted and very friendly, we went on the sleep match and from our results tried a variety of mattresses with the help and knowledge of becky we also discussed pillows and bed frames/bases. She offered us a drink as we sat down to complete our purchase . Overall experience was very satisfying and cant wait for our new bed to arrive. Becky is an asset to your company .
