Dreams - Kidderminster

Jason, the manager at Dreams store in Kidderminster was accommodating as soon as we had set foot into the shop. A polite lady introduced us to the bed that matches you with a report of suitable mattresses. After this, Jason came over and stayed with us listening to our current experience and suggested better suited mattresses of all prices to give us varied choices. I could tell Jason took pride in his job talking to us and we felt very looked after from choosing the mattress to placing an order. I learnt more about mattresses and trying out for comfort than I'd previously known. 5 stars to Jason and his team!

The staff member (Becky at the Kidderminster branch) took the time to get to know my requirements and preferences and was able to guide and advise. She answered every question I had and clearly had expert knowledge about the products. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured; Becky was honest and patient.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I felt uncomfortable at first because how you sleep is very personal but the staff member made me feel so relaxed i wasnt embarrassed at all. I tried a number of beds on her recommendation and was very happy with my final choice. There are hundreds of mattresses on the Internet but you really cannot know what you need until you have tried a few. Dreams do a price match guarantee so i was happy that i wasnt paying too much and i havent been able to find the same mattress online any cheaper Buy in store and have a go on the computer aided mattress selector!

The young man called Brandon made us feel that nothing was too much trouble answered our questions with ease and didn't make us feel As if he was rushing just to sell to us . He is a credit to the Kidderminster store
