The Staff were brilliant. Kodey the assistant and the manager of the store helped us to choose the perfect bed for us. They were friendly and we didn't feel pressured. We felt very safe in the store, there was hand sanitiser and social distsncing in place. We felt very at ease. We were more than happy with our purchase, and will highly recommend Dreams.

Cody at the Kidderminster branch was very helpful and professional in dealing with what we required, explaining everything to us about the precautions in place with covid and found her knowledge helpful in helping us make our choice of mattress which we placed with her the following day after discussing it at home.Thankyou Cody we look forward to a decent nights sleep at last.

Staff were friendly and showed us lots of different options gave us time to think about the bed we actually wanted - store was clean and kept clean during the visit - Becky was very friendly and knowledgable

I used the kidderminster store and Brandon was very polite and helpful. He matched us to the best mattress for us very quickly and professionally. I did really like the mattress machine as I've only ever guessed what was best for me before so I would highly rate using dreams to any friends or family. Initially I did think the price was quite high but the quality of the products and the comfort put me at ease as well as the defence discount. I cant wait to get my new mattress delivered in a few weeks.
