We only intended looking at mattresses on the day of our visit, but the service we received from Brandon turned our intentions from looking to buying. His skills with customers was plain to see,as at no time was pressure put on us, but he obviously listened to what we required and showed us exactly what we were looking for. It's rare to see this sort of service these days and we cannot rate Brandon high enough for his understanding of the customers needs. A very enjoyable experience! Bob Simpson.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams in Kidderminster because, the staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic towards the needs and preferences I wished for. Not only this, but the staff explained how different materials would best suit me and showed me a range of different types of mattresses explaining all their different key features. I was extremely impressed with the level care dreams staff had towards myself, and how professional they were under COVID restrictions keeping us all safe.
