On entering the shop we were greeted by the lovely Kodey who went out of her way to learn what we wanted and tried to help us choose the right mattress for us both. Never once did we feel pressurised into buying there and then, we explained we were waiting for a refund on a mattress and that we would be back. When we returned we asked for Kodey as we were so impressed with her the first time round we wanted her to have the sale, she didn't rush us, we tried the mattresses again to make sure it was the one we wanted and we proceeded with the sale, never once did we feel rushed or pressurised. Kodey was very knowledgeable about the store and the products and hopefully we have now found the right mattress for us both.

Complicated order for single and double bed for static caravan. The assistant was very helpful and friendly - knew her stuff and we were able to place the order and organise removal of old beds even though caravan is in North Wales. Well done.
